A UX designer with over 12 years of experience. Building scalable user-friendly products, leading a talented design team, mentoring designers, and spearheading UX recruitment efforts.

My UX journey began unexpectedly in 2009 when I was an entrepreneur bootstrapping my company. With limited resources, I took the initiative to learn UX design, UI design, and coding to build our company's website. This quickly blossomed into a passion. Being at the intersection of user research, design, and understanding of code positions me uniquely in the product design landscape.

I currently work at Cisco (via Relanto, previously Zensar), focusing on UX design and strategy for its innovative home-grown AI tech & related products. My role involves creating user-friendly, scalable AI solutions, including chatbots and voice ui.
